Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Medical Device Quality Technician to join their client's team in Oceanside, California. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and compliance of medical devices within a dynamic and regulated environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards in product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine inspections and quality checks of medical devices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Documenting and reporting any defects or non-conformities found during inspections.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborating with the production team to resolve any quality issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections and testing results.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
  • Ensuring that all safety and regulatory guidelines are strictly followed.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a quality control role, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using quality inspection tools and equipment.

Required Work Hours

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime

Pay

Pay range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
